Dave,

Was NSA (or whoever does counter-cyber espionage for the US) aware of  
this and , as a result, protected USG computers?
Does NSA (or whoever does offensive cyber espionage for the US) do  
this sort of thing better than the Chinese (i.e., not get caught)?
Or, do we outsource to the Munk Center too?
