No, because it is on the slippery slope. What if they found your legal porn collection and wanted to question you about it? Or your legal medical marijuana medication? Or your membership card in the Communist Party? Or anything except those that their legally granted powers allow for? There is a reason that Due Process is in your Bill of Rights.
