Dave, and everyone:When you think about it, this entire affair is really and truly scary. It appears that the FCC is considering regulating software applications and their ability to run on computing platforms. Think about the implications of this! Yes, some folks may not like Apple determining what will run on the iPhone. But would you rather have the government determine what software you can or cannot run? And by what statute is the FCC authorized to do such a thing?
