Hi Dave:

I thought that you (and IP if you so wish) might
be amused by how the Observer, a leading Sunday
newspaper here in the UK, has reported on Steve
Job's announcements at MacWorld.

Cheers

Verily, it is written that Apple will selleth you the Air

There's no obvious way of plugging in an
ethernet cable (which means that the Air is
restricted to relatively slow wi-fi connections).

Methinks the eloquent yellow ragger hath failed to
do his homework. Upon the webpage revealing the
Technical Specifications of the most righteous Air,
in the section high-lighted and denoted "Accessories"
we find "USB Ethernet Adapter" (MB442Z/A). Quoth:

"No Wi-Fi? Conneect to wired networks with
        this simple, one-piece external adapter."

Indeed one must pluggeth it into the port of USB,
for it must exchange sacred waves with the innermost
of the Air and the 10/100BASE-T umbilical of Ether.
But exchange them it will, and great joy will be spread
as the packets spring forth like Mercury himself.

Note well this revelation is, to weep, below the fold
of the most informative webpage, so perhaps the
scribe failed to apprehend said explicative in his haste
to spread the word revealed.

I commend to him a visitation with the URL introduced herewith.

May the grace of Jobs go with you,
