IMHO, part of the problem with today's broadband philosophies is that those philosophies are still rooted in the days 
of the dial-up Internet.  High oversubscription and asynchronous communications are dial-up legacies.  Increasingly, 
content is generated at the edges, and not by a handful of content providers, and this is pointing out the weakness in 
the US broadband strategy.

I expect the TelCos and CableCos will continue to "not get it" and continue increasing restrictions on what users can 
and can't do.
