Rental of cell phone in Japan

I rented the SIM card at 109 yen /day. Incoming calls are free and  
outgoing are 100 JPY/min (cleaper than using t-mobile or any other  
USA roam.

Looks like there are two way to get SIM in official
route. One is just rental a SIM from the operator that would be about
100JPY/min.
