Fred Goldstein and others have looked at the patents and it does indeed seem as if they are pretty generic patents that cover the VoIP in a very general way.IANAL but this does seem to be another blatant abuse of a tragically flawed
patent system. You don't even get your day in court if the most naïve in your community can impose their will and if investing in what I considerlegal chicanery brings the highest ROI. Is chicanery too harsh a term when
