Subject: For IP: Wrongful Block Listing Paper Now Available

Dave,

As a followup to the discussion we had here some weeks ago about the Spamhaus case and the broader issues it raised, I have completed the paper I referred to in my postings, which will be presented in Copenhagen next month. If any IPer is interested, the paper, entitled "Busting Blocks: Appropriate Legal
Remedies For Wrongful Inclusion In Spam Filters Under U.S. Law," may be
downloaded from SSRN at:

http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=944551

I look forward to feedback, and to continuing this discussion at Touro's
conference on E-mail, Spam, Law and Self-Regulation on April 17, 2007.
Thanks.  {Jonathan}
