Dave, For IP if appropriate....At the risk of tooting our own horn, I think that the memo referenced below provides a focused and useful critique of DOJ's data retention proposals. Our concerns are based in part on discussions that CDT's Nancy Libin (and others) had with DOJ officials yesterday on the topic.
