Imagine a country recently reputed to have secret torture prisons scattered throughout the world, infamous for its mass-flooding export of corporate media and draconian IP laws. Their mission is to prevent a broad coalition of states (both fair and foul) from acquiring control of the WWW that has already been dominated and politicized by the crypto-theocracy that currently controls it.
