For more on Gary Wolf's point, read the riveting 102 MINUTES, about  
exactly what happened in the Twin Towers between the first strike and  
the final collapse.

The NY Fire Department was massively negligent and caused the deaths  
of its own people through pathological stove-piping of  
communications.  There were many rescues done in the doomed  
buildings, almost all by self-organizing civilians who ignored orders  
to sit tight and wait for rescue by authorities.  Mayor Giuliani, I'm  
sorry to say, winds up looking like a thorough fraud.
