For IP, if you like:

The interesting part of this story is not that Bush authorized the  
NSA to go cheerily spying on US citizens, domestically, without a  
court order--which is something that really should come as no  
surprise to anyone--but that the _New York Times_--the _NEW YORK  
TIMES_--*sat on this story for a year* at the administration's request.

I notice that no one is playing up *that* aspect of the story.
