Declan writes about John Gilmore's trial in the Ninth Circuit on
being forced to show ID to board an airplane. The US government says
that there is a law requiring it, but they wouldn't show the law to
Gilmore or even to the judges on the United States Court of Appeals.
Now they'll show it to the court under seal, but will not reveal it
to Gilmore or the public.

Apparently it is a secret law......
