I'm positive that many (like me) do not use IE (or other M$ products) and barring us from filing with the Copyright/PTO office by demanding that we endorse a convicted monopolist seems a bit weird. (One might note the hilarious acronym resulting from Sen. Orrin Hatch's "Family Entertainment and Copyright Act Law" - it is some FECAL matter[!].)
