Hello Dave,

Cherry OS has been in the news a lot lately, but what
people seem to have found out is that it is a modified
version of the PearPC PPC emulation open source
project.  Now, this would not be a big deal if they
had followed the open source license, but they did
not.  Also, the proof is in the pudding, the same bugs
thayt existed for the recent 3.0 release of PearPC
exist in Cherry OS...  below is a slashdot link to a
bunch of articles.
