Dave Farber:

For those who didn't catch General Anthony Zinni's comments on the Iraq situation on "60 Minutes," CBS News has posted the transcript on its web site.

Zinni's comments about the war (originally made to a UCLA class), "10 Mistakes History Will Record About Iraq," was published in Washington ProFile, a foreign policy journal originally intended for native Russian speakers. Scroll down to the current issue TOC and click on the story to read.

Zinni is a retired Marine Corps general who led Central Command in the Middle East region after Norman Schwarzkopf and before Tommy Franks. He is also the co-author of a new book on his career, including his opinions on the war with Tom Clancy.

I hope General Zinni's outspoken views will lead to more bi-partisan criticism of the war.
