Bottom line: AOL/Earthlink might be able to put limits like this... and they
certainly monitor for it already, however if a large group of providersstart limiting email all it will do is create a market for niche services
that cater to people who need more email bandwidth.Of course, this will only effect the most casual of spammers... and it will
certainly have no impact on the large % of spammers from outside the US.Sort of like when they created rules for fishing for US companies and all the people breaking the rules were based outside the US... in other words
it's a joke. best Jasonfyi: if IP ever had a problem with hosting we would join the long line of
