My recent paper on Site Finder, called "Site Finder and Internet Governance," is at <http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=475281>. I'm not a technologist, but otherwise I guess I fall into the "ideological . . . [and] narrow section of the technological community who don't believe you should innovate the core infrastructure of the Internet" that Tom Galvin was talking about.
