Old, old news - this has been going on for a rather long time.

Carderportal is a pretty sleazy site itself, but it seems to be in the 
midst of a "joe job" by a rival bunch of script kiddies.

These kiddies are forging fairly large ISPs into the from address - XO.COM 
for example.

A search for carderplanet through the hideous labyrinth that is 
news.admin.net-abuse.email might prove instructive.
