Subject: www.house.gov censored early this morning re halliburton
allegations

Looks like someone might've just done a really poor job of political
censorship on an important issue... :)

At approximately 4am EDT, I weblogged
http://www.house.gov/reform/min/inves_admin/admin_contracts.htm , a
chronology of Rep. Henry Waxman's investigation into possible
wrongdoings in connection with Halliburton. The chronology linked to a
PDF-format copy of a 30-Apr letter to Rumsfeld, in which Waxman laid out
serious allegations. Somewhat before 5am, I found the chronology page
had been removed, and the raw HTML of other www.house.gov pages had been
crudely butchered to remove references to the letter. Some screenshots
from approximately 5am: [...]

Apparently the clumsy censor missed the PDF file at
http://www.house.gov/reform/min/pdfs/pdf_inves/
pdf_admin_halliburton_contract_april_30_let.pdf (no space), since it's
still there at approx. 5:30am. The md5sum of the file should be:
60c3da880b13e50d7725f97a63974a68
