At least as far as I know, South Korea is a cdma-only country. Along with Japan... interesting thing is that these two countries are the most advanced w.r.t future mobile communications. They are always showcased as showing what the future will be like, especially I may say South Korea. But I also agree that what congressman Mr. Issa is suggesting just shows the sorry state of affairs in congress.
