considering how Indians have been afraid they wouldn't get any part of the
reconstruction work.

interested in project planners, schedulers, cost engineers, purchasing

engineer professionals. Candidates should be familiar with pre-planning,
estimating and budgeting, schedules, contract documents, change control,

Required Skills:

Of course, having worked in the region, it is not surprising to me. In the
Middle East, 90% of the workforce comes from India and the Philippines. I
wonder how American construction professionals feel about this?
