The Senate Judicary Committee has switched to a web-based form for "user
comments" on proposed copyright legisltation. The comments submitted so far
are posted on http://judiciary.senate.gov/special/input_form.cfm. Is this a
new thing for a government body?

We are no longer accepting comments via e-mail, as we have created a new,
web-based submission form. I encourage you to please re-submit your
comments at
http://judiciary.senate.gov/special/input_form.cfm?comments=1 .
