IP: Changes in subscription

I have set the new subscription policy to open+confirm. This means that new
subscribers may subscribe to IP with out my intervention but must
acknowledge their subscription by replying to a probe message. .

The list remains closed to submissions from anyone but me and will remain
that way.

To subscribe to IP you send a message to

Majordomo () admin listbox com

With the body 

subscribe ip-sub-1 email-address

To unsubscribe 

unsubscribe ip-sub-1 email-address

To join or leave the digest use ip-sub-1-digest
