The bill states that "A person is guilty of commercial ter- rorism if he enters or remains unlawfully on the premises or in a building of any business with the intent to interfere with the employees, customers, personnel, or operations of a business." This bill was amended and passed by the Utah House of Representatives and referred to the Utah Senate on Feb. 4 in order to limit protests at the Olympics. The Senate will vote on the bill soon.
