PROTESTORS NOW TO BE CALLED TERRORISTS
***************************************************
The Utah state legislature just passed Utah House
Bill 100 (an amendment to Utah's criminal code)
which defines protestors as terrorists. The bill
states that "A person is guilty of commercial ter-
rorism if he enters or remains unlawfully on the
premises or in a building of any business with the
intent to interfere with the employees, customers,
personnel, or operations of a business."

This bill was amended and passed by the Utah House
of Representatives and referred to the Utah Senate
on Feb. 4 in order to limit protests at the Olympics.
The Senate will vote on the bill soon.
