From: Dewayne Hendricks <dewayne () warpspeed com> Intel, IBM & Others Demo Coast-To-Coast IP Storage Network Armonk, N.Y.-based IBM Corp. and Santa Clara, Calif.-based Intel Corp. are among the computer, storage, and networking companies who today announced the first wire-speed, coast-to-coast IP storage network. Using an IP network infrastructure provided by Qwest Communications International Inc., the gigabit speed network allows interoperability speeds of 2.5Gbit/sec. on a 10Gbit/sec. link.
