Tonight at 7 PM, the International Space Station will pass directly over

Maryland from the NW to SE and be very visible (if there are no clouds).

The ISS is about as bright as the brightest star and has no flashing
lights. At 1902 EDT you should begin to see it in the NW, then passing
directly overhead and at 1907 EDT it will fade out to the SE as it
passes
into the Earth's shadow.
