IP: Georgia man indicted in distributed computing case

I just heard from David McOwen--you remember him?  He says the state of
Georgia is indicting him on 8 counts, with possible penalties of up to 120
years in stir. All for running an innocuous distributed code-cracking
program on state college computers without permission.
