MOSCOW PLANS FOR 70 MILLION PHONES, 26 MILLION INTERNET USERS IN 10 YEARS. The Communications and Information Ministry has adopted a 10-year investment plant to increase the number of ordinary telephones from 31.2 million to 47.7 million, the number of mobile telephones from 2.9 million to 22.2 million, and the number of Internet users from 2.5 million to 26.1 million by 2010, "Izvestiya" reported on 20 March.
