The article below is about the Supreme Court oral argument on whether use 
of thermal imagery technology constitutes an unreasonable search and 
seizure.  The Court's ultimate decision could provide guidance as to how 
it might view Carnivore a/ka/ DCS100 and CALEA technologies.
