On Friday, lawyers for the customers filed an appeal with the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington to reinstate a case dismissed by a lower court in July on the grounds that the nation's capital was an inappropriate forum. http://www.wired.com/news/business/0,1367,49259,00.html
