IP-FLASH Mail failure at farber.net actually a Windows failure

I tried to reinstall PGP desktop and after installation rebooted. Well 
Windows tried to find the pgpdisk driver, could not for some reason and 
then abended the whole boot process. Even safe mode does not work. 
Apparently Windows still tries to load that damn driver. So all mail after 
8 Dec is lost as well as some other stuff till someone can tell me (I HOPE) 
how to bypass that damn stupid PGP/Windows failure
