Xerox has said for more than a year that it will look for "strategic partners" to help commercialize inventions developed at its Palo Alto Research Center, or PARC. To make that possible, Xerox said today that it would make PARC into a separate, wholly owned subsidiary as of Jan. 1. Xerox is holding talks with several potential investors, spokesman Bill McKee said. ..............
