For a nanosecond, I thought to myself "It looks like someone let a few
ambulance chasers out of their cage", but I can see both sides.  If a
company which is responsible for data is clearly blatent in their lack
of action to take the proper precautions, I might see how they can get
sued.  There's nothing like a good lawsuit to wake up an incompetent IT
staff.

But then again, you have to believe that even those who took reasonable
action, but like so many were still affected in a negative manner, there
will still be someone going after them.  This achieves nothing.  Ya had
to believe it was coming...
