GSM operator i use here in the Czech Republic intro'd GPRS this past week:

http://www.paegas.cz/

                                GPRS Basic GPRS Pro

Activation 0 0
Monthly Fee 0 ~$5 USD

WAP Traffic ~$12.80 USD per MB ~$7.68 USD per MB
Internet Traffic ~$12.80 USD per MB ~$0.77 USD per MB

Yes, that is 77 cents per MB if you pay the ~$5 USD per month with the GPRS
Pro plan, although they "meter it out" in KB increments in the tariff.

However, you also need to consider that the average Czech income is ~$300
USD per month and that the only available GPRS phone, the Motorola Timeport
260 costs nearly a months income if you sign a 2-year contract or over a
months income if you buy it without a contract, so i don't think anyone but
businesses will be buying this service for the foreseeable future.
