He is honest; he fears competition from people who are not. You can draw your own conclusions about US policy and its impact not just on US vendors, but on small- businesspeople trying to do the right thing outside the US too (and in Russia they are rare enough that they should be treasured!). May be you know that last week Apple announced new computers built on G4 processors with speed of supercomputers. Defenetely they are under USA government export restrictions. Now Apple is trying to receive license for so called 3rd category of countries. This category includes Russia, Ukraine etc. We can easily receive 60-90 days delay, huge grey market losing sales and crashing channel. Do you have an experience with that?
