The Congressional Joint Economic Committee held a hearing 
on February 25 on "Radio Frequency Weapons and Proliferation: 
Potential Impact on the Economy," which explored terrorist use of
such weapons against the nation's infrastructure and military.


The session heard lengthy testimony of four DoD and civilian
experts which describes current research, development
and testing of RF weapons around the globe and what
threat they pose. 


We've offer a copy of that plus last year's testimony by General 
Schweitzer on systems developed by the Former Soviet Union, 
and probable spread of the technology, which led to the hearing:
