IP: first meeting of the new PACHPCCITNGI -- pointer added

The first meeting of the Presidential dvisory Committee on High-Performance
Computing and Communications, Information Technology, and the Next Generation
Internet will meet Thursday and Friday in the Board Room of the NSF in DC.
The public portion is scheduled from 0830 to 12 and 1 to 5 on Thur and 0830
to noon on Friday.
