           FRANCE-RAPPERS SENTENCED
        
           TOULON, France (AP) - Two of France's most popular rappers have
        been sentenced to jail because authorities were outraged by their
        lyrics. They are to spend three months in prison and are banned from
        performing in public for six months. Their lawyer said they would
        appeal. The disputed lyrics are: "The police, they are fascists,
        they are the ones who kill."
