IP: California is *not* the most wired state

Population adjusted that is.


Based on an analysis of the Commercial Domans as of 7/5/96, the most wired
state is in fact the District of Columbia. O.K, you say DC isn't a state.
Well then Massachusetts is the most wired if you take commercial domain
count as a relevant measure and adjust it for population density. 


The least connected is West Virginia. Arkansas is down at the bottom also.
