IP: editors apology and explanation

Many of you are noticing that some messages are arriving double spaced.




The problem is more and more of the material I send out has mime


structures in them and I have to remember to convert them to all ext


otherwise when you get them they get messed up.




Why? I don't yet know but I know how to fix it all. I MAY occasionally


forget to do the fix (I havve not fiquered out an automatic fix yet.
