PRESERVING FRENCH ON THE INFO-HIGHWAY
        An official with Quebec's finance ministry told a forum on the info
highway that the use of French must be promoted. The provincial government
will spend $50 million over the next 5 years on building infrastructure and
protecting the use of French. (Ottawa Citizen 6/22/94 E5)
