I just drove down from Cape Cod.  When I enter Conn. in either
direction my cellular phone rings even though I've not set it
up to receive calls.  This time I answered it and listened to
it ringing and then I received a message starting with "This is
a free call.  Welcome to SNET cellular territory.  You can get
traffic information by dialing *123, ..."


How great to get tracked as I enter a state and told what
options I had to spend money.
