The initial TRP announcement was made this morning and covers approx.
$375M  total.  The Government's share of that should be less than half,
so that there is still a fair amount uncommitted. I cannot vouch
for the accuracy of every item on the following list.


Only one effort in Information Infrastructure or digital libraries was
funded - on Speech DSP chips. I guess that will be covered in the
next round, whenever that is.
