If someone using the server joins a mailing list and you post to the list, voila, you get an anonymous entry. Personally, I find this a non-service, especially given discussions on comp.risks of the risks of having an anonymous account (essentially they ain't fully anonymous) and the general risk of having "accounts" one doesn't use (I try to minimize the accounts I have to keep track of). Furthermore, I still can't figure out why mail to that entry doesn't get to me. Craig PS: All a bit sobering, since I've generally thought anonymous accounts were an interesting idea, even if I never wanted one. Now that I've been caught in the system, I've conclude that at minimum some bugs need to be worked out.
