I just heard from an ex federal prosecuter (Bill Cook) that Under the current export control laws, an american who works in the US for a foreign company (or a US company owned by a foreign company) who is working in export controled areas -- like high performance computing/communications are legally required to obtain a license since he/she is transporting controlled information. OK guys at NEC Labs in Princeton or HaL, where is your licenses!!!! I think this is getting just a bit wild
