A week and a half ago we had a similar massive increase for a few days. Primary culprits in that case were, in order of prevalence: - Dictionary attack spam using common U.S. surnames at domain dot tld - NDRs from Russian servers from spam faking "From" gibberish at our domain - Spammer using single random words as subjects with Bayesian poisoning in the body - Fake NDRs that contained only spam All have continued at a slower pace after peaking for a few days. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
