I tried to notify abuse () broadwing com several times, but only got back
an automated received message each time. So does anyone know a
/working/ security contact for Broadwing?

I've had my own long-running series of security incidents with the
people at Broadwing. Near as I could tell, nothing was ever done on
their end.

I finally ended up blackholing their entire netblock. That, and
only that, put an end to the problem.
