      This is my first post, and I'm not sure that this is right list
to be sending this to. If it isn't could you please tell me where I
should send it?

Having read your piece several times, I think I would contact the local
FBI
Office, if you're in the US. I believe they might be very interested in
what
you have presented, and probably would take immediate legal action
against
the people responsible. Of course, I could be wrong about this, but it
seems
like a good place to start. I might also contact Ebay's security
officer, as
well, if they have such an entity. If all else failed, I would hold a
press
conference.
