can you resolve www.cert.org at the moment (Tue, 10pm, GMT+2) ?

Doesnt work for me too, a traceroute to 192.88.209.21 (cert.org
nameserver) says Destination host unreachable.

A routing bug or a massive DoS ? ;-)

A little bit of poking leads me to wonder if this isn't the
canonical "Backhoe DoS". ;) A search through ARIN shows 320+ domains
under the 192.88/16 network. All of them appear to be dead in the water,
including NASA's Johnson Spaceflight Center (JSC), Siemens, Motorola,
General Electric, and more. A veritable Who's Who, no?
